I’m a Texas cowgirl, born & bred right here in the bluebonnets (give me a delicious ribeye any day) but going to culinary school and then getting to train under awesome chefs like Chef Pete Nolasco, Connie Mullins, and Kate Weiser expanded my horizons and introduced me to how amazing it can be to fuse fresh local ingredients with a vivid imagination. I am a proud member of Les Dames Escoffiers as well as the Texas Chefs Association & American Culinary Association.
While I don’t cook under the name Chef Cowgirl anymore, my high standards of taste, quality and customer service remains consistent. I don’t serve my clients anything I wouldn’t be proud to serve my family & fellow chefs. I look forward to showing you the Farm to Belly difference!
